I use professional time-tracking software for every task, so there's complete transparency. You'll receive a clear activity report alongside your invoice — you'll always know exactly where your hours have gone.

I operate during UK business hours, Monday to Friday. Support levels can be tailored to the specific needs of your business, so if you have something more urgent or out of hours, let's talk.

It starts with a conversation. We'll have a relaxed discovery call to talk about your business, where you're struggling, and what you'd love to hand over. From there, we'll agree on a plan, sign the paperwork (which protects us both), and have a co-working session to iron out exactly how we'll work together. My employed career was mainly in hospitality and NHS and private dentistry. Since becoming a VA, I've had the pleasure of working with structural engineers, physiotherapists, CBT, EMDR and trauma specialists, educational and clinical psychologists, cookery enthusiasts, fellow VAs and OBMs, and many more besides.
I'm not a jack of all trades — but great admin is great admin, whatever the industry. My transferable skills mean I can slot into almost any business quickly, learn your world, and get to work without a lengthy settling-in period.
